At Conturve, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a 60-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on all our shapewear. If your fit isn't absolutely perfect, we are committed to helping you find the right size or providing a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
